Dave
Dave Nelton, MS
Dave graduated from St. Cloud State University with a
bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master of
science in Human Resources Training and Development. He
has completed training in personal and executive coaching
through “Coach U”.
Dave has twenty years of experience in the field of human
resource development. His list of contributions to a Fortune
500 company include establishing a mentoring program,
implementing a comprehensive leadership development program,
and directing a team building process during a merger
and downsizing.
Dave also served as a leadership development coach for
over 100 senior corporate leaders. During a series of
individual meetings, he helped each leader create a comprehensive
personal development plan that balanced their strengths
and weaknesses with career objectives.
With expertise in individual coaching, as well as leadership
development, organizational assessment, strategic planning,
instructional design, team development, change and transition
management, training, and public speaking, Dave brings
a wealth of knowledge and experience to each coaching
session.
